Tasks Overview:
The Tasks feature provides users with important to-do items assigned to them by an institution.
Tasks Capabilities:
- Tasks are listed by Current Tasks and Completed Tasks depending on the Task status.
- Tasks can be shown by Categories or Only Required.
- Tasks can be sorted by Default, Due Date, Importance, or Recent.
Review Tasks:
Global Menu > Tasks
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Review Current Tasks and Completed Tasks
Show and Sort Tasks:
Global Menu > Tasks
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Click the Show drop-down menu.
Tasks can be shown by All Categories, specific Categories, or Only Required.
3. Click the Sort by drop-down menu.
Tasks can be sorted by Default, Due Date, Importance, and Recent.
Complete Tasks:
Global Menu > Tasks
1. Click on Tasks in the Global Menu.
2. Click Mark as complete when the Task has been completed.
The Task will be removed from Current Tasks.
The Task will be moved to Completed Tasks. A user may click Mark incomplete to move the Task back to Current Tasks.
