Introduces the process of designing video game levels on paper and quickly iterating on the designs. Explores architectural techniques and theories for game level designers to use in their own work. Connects architecture and level design in different ways that address the practical elements of how designers construct space and the experiential elements of how and why humans interact with this space. Implements final level designs using a commercial game engine to further understand how the level will be seen from the player's perspective. Prerequisites: GAME M101.
