Elevate Strategic Partnerships (Local, State & Federal) to:

1. Create a movement to strengthen our educational pipeline and economic development workforce system by incorporating inclusive strategies to ensure services, programs and investments are applicable to a broader and more diverse student population.
    
2. Support enhanced K-12 partnerships that promote outreach activities and a dual enrollment system, providing higher education “early access” to degree and certificate pathways in the VCCCD.  The goal is to develop a college-going culture for ALL students and to provide early access to college while reducing the cost of college for the communities we serve.
    
3. Create a workforce development system that transforms the economic vitality of Ventura County through the educational development of students, provision of corporate trainings and, the connection of highly trained students who are job seekers with local businesses.
    
4. Support our three colleges within the VCCCD (Moorpark, Oxnard & Ventura) in the expansion of systems, designed to enhance our International Studies programs and opportunities for students, globally.
    
5. Provide additional resources that create INNOVATIVE opportunities to expand educational & career preparation and training across Ventura County through foundation development, grants, contracts and corporate training.
