Training & Organizational Development (OD) is a division within VCCCD Human Resources that serves the entire District by connecting people, strategies, processes, and systems to cultivate an organizational culture that attracts, develops, and supports its employees at all levels and in all phases of the employee lifecycle.
The Training & OD division leads the development of districtwide initiatives, trainings, and programs that support engagement, growth, teamwork, leadership, well-being, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), accessibility, and innovation in individual employees and teams, helping to promote excellence in the delivery of VCCCD's mission, values, and strategic goals.
