Why am I getting an "Unable to Locate Your Information" message?
Beginning May 29, 2018, the Canvas login process will check to see if you have a California Community College Identifier (CCCID). If you do not have a CCCID you will encounter the OpenCCC "Unable to Locate Your Information" message. Don't panic. Simply click the “Create a New Account” link and follow the steps to create a new OpenCCC account/CCCID. Once that is complete, you will be taken back to Canvas.
