This is a course in analytic geometry and calculus for students in business and management. Topics include functions and analytic geometry; differential calculus, including limits, maxima and minima; and integral calculus, including area and other applications. Successful completion of this course fulfills the mathematics competency requirement for the AA/AS degree. Prerequisites: Course taught at the level of intermediate algebra or placement as determined by the college's multiple measures assessment process. Develops athletic skills and techniques in cross country. Emphasizes team development and competitive improvement and intensity.
