This is a course in analytic geometry and calculus for students in business and management. Topics include functions and analytic geometry; differential calculus, including limits, maxima and minima; and integral calculus, including area and other applications. Successful completion of this course fulfills the mathematics competency requirement for the AA/AS degree. Explores the nature of statistical methods, including description of sample data, probability, theoretical frequency distributions, sampling, estimation, testing hypotheses and special topics.
