HANSEL & GRETEL

Hansel & Gretel comes to Ventura College this April 22-23. Enter a magical forest where the trees are older than time, fairies lurk in the shadows, and a house of candy sits alone amidst the trees. Experience this cherished musical fairy tale with its beautiful, folk-music inspired themes, including the famous "Evening Prayer” in this colorful production of Engelbert Humperdinck's opera. Filled with drama and wonder, Hansel & Gretel will delight and charm the whole family. Free admission for children 10 and under. 

This 70-minute production will be performed in English at the Ventura College Performing Arts Center. Please follow all current COVID-19 procedures.

Saturday, April 23 at 3:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. 

Tickets:

Please purchase in advance. Online sales only. Electronic or paper tickets will be scanned at the entrance. Audience members purchasing at the entrance may scan a QR code to purchase tickets from their mobile device.

Students/Seniors/Staff - $5

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION 

Help make campus more beautiful AND get a free burrito! Join us April 20 from 9 a.m. to noon at the ASC Quad at Ventura College Main Campus to celebrate Earth Day by participating in a campus clean up and garden planting with ASVC and our Earth Day planning group. Local organizations will also provide information on sustainability.
