Aubrey Saverino is a professional AEA/SAG-AFTRA actor with an MFA from The Old Globe/USD and a BA from Occidental College. She has taught theater for over ten years at institutions around the country and is currently a Theater Instructor at Moorpark College.
As an actor, Aubrey has performed professionally on screen, onstage, in New York, Los Angeles and around the country. She has appeared in commercials, films, web series, audio dramas, and in theaters large and small. Her credits include the Adam Sandler film The Week of on Netflix, King Lear, Twelfth Night at The Old Globe Theatre; Henry IV Parts I & II, Twelfth Night at Independent Shakespeare Company; The Great Gatsby, Love’s Labour’s Lost at Orlando Shakespeare Theater); Pride & Prejudice at Capital Repertory Theatre; In The Next Room or the vibrator play San Diego Repertory Theatre as well as plays, readings and workshops at Vineyard Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, Furious Theatre Company, Chester Theatre Company, various Off Broadway theaters and more.
She is also a published playwright. Her short plays "Dido & Aeneas" and "The Fields of Asphodel" were both selected for Red Bull Theater's Short Play Festival in NYC and published by Stage Rights.
