The Police Services office serves as the VCCCD Police Department's administrative headquarters and contains the Office of the Chief of Police.  The Police Services office oversees police records, crime statistics, internal affairs, Live Scan services, and general police business operations including invoicing and requisitions. Police Services also reinforces Clery Act compliance for all VCCCD colleges.

The Police Services office is located inside the Day Road Center, 71 Day Road, Ventura, California, 93003, at Ventura College (view map). Currently, the Police Services office is composed of the Chief of Police, an administrative assistant, and a campus safety officer.

Office of the Chief of Police

The Office of the Chief of Police is located inside the Police Services office. The Chief of Police directs district-wide law enforcement activities and operations, and ensures the safety and security of all District employees, students, staff, visitors, and facilities. The Chief of Police also oversees the internal affairs, crime statistics, and personnel complaints.
