In accordance with California law and District policy, the VCCCD has prepared a Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Policy, Procedures, Rights, and Information (PC § 13701(c)(9) & AP 3540) packet containing helpful information for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
