1. Download and install the MyVCCCD mobile app to your phone.   

   

2. When you log into MyVCCCD, select your campus and make sure notifications are enabled in the app. Enable notifications by clicking the bell-shaped icon at the bottom of the app and then the preferences icon at the top right:

   

Daily Home Pre-Screening

1. Within the app, you will receive a daily reminder at 7:00 a.m. to complete the Daily Health Status Screening form at home. If you tap on the notification, you can fill out the form right away. If you miss the notification or you need to fill out the prescreen, you can tap on this "tile." 

   

2. Your health pass will reset every time to fill out the form.
3. If you do not have a smartphone, you can fill out the At Home Pre-Screening form on a computer:

4. If you are visiting our campuses and the District Administrative Center, you will want to use the following links:

5. Based on the answers you provided in steps 1 & 2, the app will issue a health pass to either your phone or email.

Please Note that some programs have additional requirements.

Passes

Gray Visitor Pass - If you receive this pass, it means you have successfully completed the visitor screening and you are cleared to be on campus as a visitor.

Blue Check Pass - Cleared: If you receive this pass, you are cleared to be on campus.

Red Warning Pass - DO NOT COME TO CAMPUS: if you receive this pass, DO NOT COME TO CAMPUS. Contact your primary care provider, clinic, or college's Student Health Center for further direction.
